1. Payment & Confirmation

Your spot will only be confirmed once full payment is received. Payments must be made through the accepted channels listed in your registration email.

2. Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our retreat facilities and planning, all payments are non-refundable and
non-transferable. We kindly ask for your full commitment before booking.

3. Participation Commitment

By enrolling, you agree to fully participate in all scheduled classes, teachings, and activities unless excused for health or personal reasons.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to respect the space, teachers, local environment, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the course without refund.

5. Health & Responsibility

Students are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or injuries.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance that covers medical expenses, cancellations, and trip interruptions.

7. Visa & Travel Documents

Students are responsible for securing their own visa and travel documents. No refunds will be provided for issues related to entry or visa rejections.

8. Use of Photos/Videos

We may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be
included, please inform us in writing before the course begins.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control
(natural disasters, government regulations, health emergencies, etc.).
